The 82900A Opt 001 TERM/80 Terminal Emulation System for the HP86/87 emulated an HP2622A block mode terminal. It comprised an Auxiliary Processor (the same as used in the CP/M system) and software on both 3.5" and 5.25" media. The software itself could be purchased by ordering HP82849A Opt. 630 for 3.5" media or Opt. 650 for 5.25".
